Living Properties Inc. was incorporated in 1983 as an addition to the Living Group of Companies, with the goal of providing “after-sales support” to investors who had purchased income-generating properties. As its reputation grew, Living Properties Inc. – a fully-licensed member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) – gradually built its team into one that includes certified, experienced managers, a staff of administrative assistants, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a fully staffed accounting department. Today, Living Properties’ management portfolio is comprised of more than 300 properties, including a number of Greater Toronto landmarks such as Scarborough’s Centro Condominiums.

We offer a range of handyman services, including a rental unit turnover package which includes a 20-point inspection, full unit and appliance cleaning, and repairs as necessary. The rental unit package can be completed in as little as a day for condo units, getting your unit ready for the next tenants at short notice.
